77dt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 77dt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 77dt website, its games, services, and any related features accessible at 77dt.app (the "Service"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service immediately. 77dt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 77dt, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77dt is a 21+ platform. Any registration by a person under the age of 21 is void and any funds held in such an account are subject to forfeiture.
• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on 77dt.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not hold more than one active account on 77dt. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed without notice. Any balances in duplicate accounts are liable to forfeiture.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or affiliate of 77dt or any of its partner companies, nor a close family member of any such person.

77dt reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including age verification documents and proof of identity. Failure to provide such documentation upon request may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the 77dt platform, including betting, live casino, and deposit or withdrawal features, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated at all times. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your primary login credential.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any third party who obtains access to your account with or without your knowledge or consent.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 77dt support team immediately via the contact email provided. 77dt will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User failed to notify 77dt promptly upon becoming aware.
• 77dt reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and with immediate effect. Any bonus balances held at the time of suspension are forfeited.

77dt applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all account sessions, login events and financial transactions. Your personal and financial data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that the security of internet communications can never be absolutely guaranteed and that 77dt is not liable for interception of data in transit beyond its direct control.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77dt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change. 77dt accepts no responsibility for the processing times or policies of third-party payment providers.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within seconds of successful completion of the transaction on the payment provider's platform.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. 77dt aims to process all withdrawal requests within minutes of approval, subject to identity verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability and limits of that payment method. 77dt does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Prior to processing any withdrawal, 77dt may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC upon request will result in the withholding of the withdrawal until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• Deposits made for the primary purpose of obtaining a cash equivalent without genuine gaming activity (so-called "bonus abuse" or "deposit-withdrawal cycling") are strictly prohibited. 77dt reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and void bonuses where such activity is detected.

77dt does not charge internal fees on deposits or withdrawals via local BDT payment methods. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees or limits independent of 77dt. Users are responsible for checking the applicable charges with their payment provider before initiating a transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

77dt may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives (collectively "Bonuses") to eligible registered users. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Using multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or employing automated strategies (including bots or algorithmic betting systems) to exploit Bonus offers constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in disqualification and account closure.
• 77dt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Bonuses already credited to an eligible player's account will not be retrospectively removed unless fraud or Terms violation is established.
• Seasonal promotions tied to events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, T20 World Cup, and Victory Day may be offered at 77dt's discretion. These promotions will have their own specific terms published at the time of launch.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless specifically permitted in writing by 77dt.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 77dt platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are published on the relevant product page and form part of these Terms. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 77dt does not offer a bet cancellation facility after a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the system. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details, including stake, selection, odds and market, prior to confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest error in odds (including human error or data feed error), 77dt reserves the right to void affected bets and return the relevant stakes. A manifest error is defined as an error that is obvious and palpable, including but not limited to odds that are clearly inconsistent with market pricing at the time of the bet.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical periods of an event (for example, immediately prior to and during the taking of a wicket, penalty, or goal). 77dt accepts no liability for bets placed during market suspension periods where the system has failed to prevent acceptance due to latency or connectivity issues.
• Casino games, including live dealer games operated by certified studio providers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, are subject to the rules published by the relevant game provider. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress will be resolved according to the game provider's disconnection policy, which 77dt adopts by reference.
• Crash games (including Aviator and similar titles) are governed by the rules of each respective game. Winnings from crash games are calculated based on the multiplier at which the user cashed out prior to the crash event. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the loss of the wagered stake, and 77dt accepts no liability for user decisions made during crash game sessions.

7. Responsible Gaming

77dt is a 21+ platform committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of adult entertainment for the majority of users, can become problematic for a minority of individuals. 77dt provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

• Deposit limits: Users may request a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit on their account. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours following the request.
• Session time limits: Users may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. This feature is available in account settings.
• Cooling-off period: Users may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the user's account is locked for all betting, casino and deposit activity.
• Self-exclusion: Users who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their life may request a permanent self-exclusion from 77dt. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 12 months.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77dt platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or manipulate betting markets on the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any sport or event available for betting on the 77dt platform.
• Using the 77dt platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in any other activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws and regulations.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, deposit or withdrawal process, including misrepresenting your age, identity or location.

77dt employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 77dt reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, close the account without notice, and pursue all available legal remedies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 77dt platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the property of 77dt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the platform except as permitted under these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77dt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory, even if 77dt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77dt's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77dt account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and reflects a fair allocation of risk between the parties.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

77dt collects, processes and stores personal data in connection with the operation of the platform and provision of the Service. The types of data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal bases for processing, your rights as a data subject, and our data retention and security practices are described in detail in the 77dt Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. 12. Amendments to These Terms

77dt reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on the platform with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Service following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.

Amendments will not have retroactive effect on bets placed or bonuses credited prior to the amendment, except where retroactive application is required by applicable law or to address fraud, error or a material regulatory requirement.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 77dt platform that cannot be resolved informally through the 77dt support team shall be submitted to binding arbitration. 77dt is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently.
